This Refund Policy applies to all digital course package purchases made on IncomeMantra.
1. Immediate Digital Access
Digital course content is unlocked immediately on purchase, so payments are non-refundable once access is granted.
2. Eligible Exceptions
Refunds are granted only in the following two circumstances:
- (a) Payment was taken but course access was not activated within 48 hours.
- (b) The same package was charged twice due to a technical error.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under either condition above, email support@incomemantra.in with your payment ID and registered account details. Our team will review your request and reply within 3 working days.
4. Refund Settlement
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method in 5–7 working days.
