These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IncomeMantra's website, courses, and referral platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Service.
2. Packages & Purchases
IncomeMantra offers tiered course packages (Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum, Premium Plus). Each package grants lifetime access to its associated courses. Package upgrades are charged as the price difference between your current and target package. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are payable in full before access is granted.
3. Referral Program
Registered users receive a unique referral code/link. When a new user signs up and purchases a package through your referral link, you may earn a commission, subject to the following conditions:
- You may only refer new users into a package at or below your own current package tier — you cannot earn a commission for referring someone into a higher tier than you own.
- Commission rates (Level 1 direct and Level 2 passive) are as published on your dashboard and may be revised prospectively at our discretion.
- Commissions are credited to your in-platform wallet and are subject to KYC verification before withdrawal.
- We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions obtained through fraud, fake accounts, or violation of these Terms.
4. Withdrawals & KYC
Withdrawal requests require successful KYC verification (bank details, PAN, Aadhaar). We reserve the right to delay or decline withdrawals pending verification or in cases of suspected fraud.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: creating fake or duplicate accounts to generate artificial referrals, sharing course content outside the platform, or attempting to circumvent package-eligibility or payment controls. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, and materials remain the intellectual property of IncomeMantra and are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use only.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." IncomeMantra does not guarantee any specific income, earning, or commission outcome from participation in the referral program. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IncomeMantra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
