1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Service only with the involvement, consent, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access our courses, you must create an account using accurate and complete personal details, including your name, email address, and mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; sharing credentials or account access with third parties is strictly prohibited.
3. Course Packages & Access Rights
IncomeMantra provides structured digital skill courses across tiered packages (Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum, and Premium Plus). Upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation, you receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the video lessons and learning materials included in your package for your own personal education.
Course access is provided on a lifetime basis for the duration of the platform's operation. Students may upgrade to a higher course package at any time by paying the applicable price difference between their current package and the target package.
4. Payments & Pricing
All course package prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are payable in full prior to access activation. Payments are processed securely through authorized Indian payment gateway providers supporting UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking.
IncomeMantra reserves the right to revise course prices and package bundles prospectively at any time. Any price change will not affect packages you have already purchased. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content made available on the platform—including but not limited to video lessons, screen recordings, audio tracks, lesson notes, practice templates, quizzes, visual graphics, text, and logos—is the exclusive intellectual property of IncomeMantra or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, record, redistribute, publish, sell, broadcast, sub-license, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from IncomeMantra.
6. Acceptable Account Use
You agree to use the Service strictly for lawful educational purposes. You agree not to:
- Screen-record, rip, download, or distribute course videos outside the platform interface.
- Share, rent, resell, or transfer your login access to any third party.
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or harvest data from the platform.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform infrastructure or payment systems.
- Post offensive, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content in student support channels or forums.

7. Course Completion Certificates
Digital completion certificates are awarded to learners who complete all required video lessons and practical assessments associated with an enrolled course package. Certificates carry a unique verifiable ID and confirm individual completion of the specific training modules.
IncomeMantra completion certificates are educational credentials acknowledging course participation; they do not represent formal university degrees, government diplomas, or professional statutory licenses.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service and all educational materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to provide practical, up-to-date instruction, IncomeMantra makes no guarantees regarding employment, promotion, freelance contracts, or specific business outcomes resulting from completing our courses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, IncomeMantra and its directors, instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or inability to access the Service. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the actual amount paid by you for the course package in question.
9. Modifications to the Service & Terms
We may update course content, lesson structures, or these Terms periodically to reflect platform enhancements or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
